General Meeting 2024

The VUB Alumni Association will hold its annual General Meeting on 25 May 2024 to elect a new chairman and a new board. Every alumni is invited and every member can submit a candidacy by returning a nomination (click on this link) or proxy (click on this link) by post or by sending it by email to OSB-VUB, Triomflaan 40, 1160 Oudergem or info@osb.be before Wednesday 22 May 2024 at 18:00.

In principle, every effective member can apply to join the association's governing body. Do you want to contribute to the alumni work of our Alma Mater and help write the strategic lines of the VUB alumni association?

OR

No interest in strategic decisions or bimonthly board meetings, but still want to actively contribute? Are you full of ideas for events that you would like to organize for the benefit of the alumni network of our Alma Mater? Do you want to contribute ad hoc to the events of the VUB Alumni Association, help organize them and, depending on your own interests or schedule, take the bull by the horns in the practical implementation of these events?

Become part of our SCA operation (Socio-Cultural Activities) and contribute without any obligation to the development of events in which you find your forte! To be clear, you do not have to be part of the OSB-VUB governing body. Let us know via info@osb.be so that your email can be added to the mailing list - in this way you will be invited to the SCA meetings without obligation - or confirm your presence at our General Assembly and come and tell us!
